What is SAFAYA?

SAFAYA is the name of my self-made macrame business, born from a deep passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted macrame pieces. Each piece of wearable art is crafted by my hands with care, and every macrame design is a “SAFAYA ORIGINAL.” I carefully hand-pick every gemstone, ensuring that each stone is natural and of the highest quality.

SAFAYA was founded in January 2021, and it has been an incredible journey so far. From the very first knot to the final touch, I put my heart and soul into every piece I create.

I source all my cords from a small business in Brazil. Not only do I value quality, but I also believe in supporting small, independent businesses rather than big corporations. It’s important to me to know that the materials I use come from places and people that share my values. In addition, I gather all my beads and accessories from small online shops, supporting others like myself.

By choosing natural materials and supporting small businesses, we can all contribute to a more sustainable and mindful way of living. This philosophy is at the core of SAFAYA.
