From where are your orders shipped?

All orders are shipped from Portugal, Europe. I ship your item 1-3 days after you purchased it.

How do I source my materials?

I try to source all my materials from their origin. My cord comes from Brazil and my gems are all handpicked from trusted suppliers from all over the world.

Who is making all the jewelry?

All pieces in my shop are made and designed by me. It takes me many hours to create and finish one item.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Hand wash under warm water if necessary. Never get your Opals in contact with water!
