1. Orders & Payment

• I accept payments via WooCommerce-supported methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

• Orders are binding once payment is confirmed.

• Prices are in EUR (currency conversions may apply).

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Follows my Shipping Policy (free worldwide shipping from Portugal).

• Custom pieces: Production time (up to 14 days) is separate from shipping time.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Non-custom items: Return within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping).

• Custom/made-to-order pieces: Final sale (no returns).

• Buyer covers return shipping unless item is faulty.

4. Intellectual Property

• All jewelry designs, photos, and website content are my exclusive property.

• Unauthorized use (reselling, copying designs) is prohibited.

5. Liability

• I’m not liable for:

  • Customs delays/duties (buyer’s responsibility).

  • Damage from improper care (see included jewelry care guide).

6. Disputes

• EU customers may use the EU ODR platform for disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

• I may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page.
