1. Returns

✅ Accepted:

• Non-custom jewelry in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

• Faulty/damaged items (contact me within 48 hours with photos).

❌ Not Accepted:

• Custom/made-to-order pieces (unless faulty).

• Items damaged by improper care.

2. How to Return

1. Email me at returns@yourstore.com with:

   • Order number

   • Photos of the item

2. I’ll provide a return address (Portugal) and Return label.

3. Ship items back with tracking (unreturned packages can’t be refunded).

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: 5 business days after I receive the return.

• Amount Refunded: Item cost minus original shipping (unless faulty).

• Method: Original payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

4. Exchanges

• No direct exchanges. Return for a refund, then place a new order.

5. Custom Jewelry Exception

Handmade-to-order pieces are final sale unless there’s a production error (I’ll fix/replace these at no cost).
